2. Data we process
When you send an enquiry, we may process your name, company, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type, message content and selected website language.
For security and abuse prevention, the request IP address is processed. The application rate limiter uses it for one-way hashing and short-term request limiting. Hosting infrastructure may separately retain standard server logs.
The website does not require visitor accounts and does not perform automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry data is used to respond, discuss requested services or projects, and conduct related business correspondence.
Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on steps taken at the data subject's request before entering into a contract and/or Lynx IT's legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and existing business customers.
Security and anti-abuse processing is based on the legitimate interest in protecting the website, communications systems and users from spam and misuse.
4. Recipients and service providers
Data may be accessed by authorized Lynx IT personnel and providers supporting hosting, email and technical infrastructure, only as necessary to deliver and secure the service.
When Analytics is enabled, Cloudflare processes website usage and performance data as the provider of Cloudflare Web Analytics.
If an external anti-bot service such as Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it will be loaded according to the privacy settings and described in the Cookie Policy.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up business communication. If the communication leads to contractual or legally regulated relations, relevant data may be retained for applicable statutory periods.
Application anti-abuse records are short-lived. Separate server logs may be retained by the hosting provider according to its security and operational configuration.
6. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

7. External content and technologies
We do not load analytics or marketing trackers by default. Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only after Analytics permission.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and performance. Cloudflare states that the service uses no cookies, local storage or fingerprinting.
The Field Engineering map is a local visualization and does not make requests to external map or tile services.
Cloudflare Turnstile is not used unless configured, and its external script is not loaded without functional/external-content permission.
WhatsApp links are ordinary external links and do not load scripts or content from WhatsApp/Meta. No data is sent to WhatsApp/Meta when this website loads. Only after a visitor intentionally follows the link are they transferred to WhatsApp, where subsequent processing is governed by WhatsApp/Meta's terms and privacy policy.
